RETURN and RETURN POLICY
Thank for purchasing our products at Ferson Drugstore Inc..
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
In order to process the return, please provide us a picture of the product that has been damaged as soon as you received your order and you have to return the products within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
The items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. Normally, it will take 3 banking days to refund the amount upon approval.
If your return the product and no notice or no complaint was received or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not eligible for a refund.
We will immediately notify you the status of your refund after inspecting them.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return items. Shipping cost are not refundable. However, we will not charge you for the shipping cost for the replaced item, if any nor we will not deduct anything from the refund.
